Great school! I had low expectations at first but it's actually a great school. The learning methods are amazing and they prepare you for any test. The teachers are all kind and compassionate although sometimes they leave a bit too much homework but it's nothing you can't deal with, after all, it prepares you for a high school and college environment. Yes, it is stressful sometimes but get used to it. Every school is stressful, procrastination is very common but you manage to get along very well. Now, I am in honors and the students I know are all respectful. I don't know about the other classes if they get bullied. However, I am very sure, that when a kid gets bullied and tells the dean or a teacher, the situation is handled excellently. Yes, the environment is also completely different from elementary schools but ignore it. Kids that age behave differently as they go through change, some are even annoyingly vulgar, don't lose your cool (it's not worth it) Find some good friends who you can trust are responsible and together, you will definitely thrive. Also, don't just focus on studying and not form any friendship because you think they will distract you. I did that in the first year. Awful. I couldn't keep up. With friends, if you have any doubts on a subject, ask for their help. everyone must help each other.
Great teaching good school. Especially Sage math team is very strong and motivated. Russell Sage has ranked 3 in the United States for Middle Schools!
My daughter is in 8th grade at this school, and with the support of her teachers she has grown as a person and academically. Could not ask for more.
My daughter goes to this school and it's an amazing school. The teachers care about the kids education. They would take out some of their free time to to help out the students with there assignments and homework. My daughter loves it here and she is a 6 grader.
