Suffern Senior High School

Suffern High School is an amazing school which offers the students an excellent education and preparation for higher education. The arts and athletic programs are well established and diverse to satisfy every student's needs. The faculty has demonstrated care and concern for their students and welcome parent involvement. I highly recommend this school as I have relocated to this district so we can attend this school and we are glad we did!

Suffern High School is a wonderful school with amazing academic, music, and art programs. The students are encouraged to participate in school clubs and activities, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.

Despite its great reputation, SHS is average at best. If you're in the top 10% of your class/sport, it's great. For everyone else, it's more crowd control than a fully rounded education. We have been sadly disappointed and are joining many others in leaving Central Ramapo as soon as possible.

The school's administration is lacking. Due to no one holding teachers accountable students are not receiving what our HIGH taxes deserve. If you question anything your child is labeled a trouble maker and you a parent that is a problem. WHEN I ATTENDED this school years ago it was much different. TOO MUCH change in the upper administration
