Hillendale El School

The school hasn't really met our expectations. The teachers seem to be lacking the skills to make this school meets the quality of the other elementary schools in this district.

My 2 children have flourished at Hillendale. The staff is wonderful!It truly is Happy Hillendale! Please note- I am quite sure that the very negative review about Hillendale was written by a parent whom currently has a beef with the school PTO. Please take it with a grain of salt. Hillendale has been the best elementary school my children could hope for.

This school does a GREAT job... at convincing people that it is superior. That tactic is working like a charm, but if you have enough access to scrape beneath the surface, you will see another side....

We have two kids in Hillendale and couldn't be happier with the education they are receiving. The teachers are very motivated and exceptionally qualified. Their love of teaching leads to kids who love to learn and can't wait to get to school everyday. I don't know of any school that has more parental involvement than Hillendale, many times there is a waiting list of parents wishing to volunteer their time for a class trip or project. Mr D the principle is great with the kids and also deals well with parents and our concerns.
