This is an exceptional learning environmental.Not only do the administrators, teachers & support staff focus on academic goals, they are keenly aware of the significance a positive social & emotional environment plays in student achievement.Gayman has truly created a dedicated community, an exceptionally supportive place where students thrive.School staff is accessible, encouraging parental communication through phone/email.Student problems are resolved with team effort, considering all aspects of the child.There are endless opportunities to volunteer and contribute both during & after school hours, accommodating all work schedules.My children are motivated to go to Gayman, eager to see teachers and friends, loving their classrooms, library, lunchroom and especially the gym teacher, Mr. Foster.My children are average students, sometimes struggling, sometimes excelling. The Gayman staff have never labeled them either way.Each teacher firmly understands that children learn in ebbs and flows.Staff exhibits extraordinary patience & respect for learning process, instilling a desire to be lifelong learners. I am in awe as to how this environment was created, it is truly exceptional.
