I have two kids in this school. Older one is bright, which his teacher would provided the advance material for him to work on. The younger one has trouble to read. Matter of fact, could not read. An year after the support of the teacher and specialists, now she is able to read. Those are the teacher they work with everyday. I heard my kids talk positively about their Ques/art/PT/music teachers. The principal A. and the admin staff are great too. She makes sure everything run safely and fun. There are still nameless staff in my post which make us feel we are important here. let me tell you , even the bus driver is great! Now you get the idea. Our family are so thankful our districts are taking good care of our children.Strongly recommend this school to any family!

I have nothing but good things to say about Kutz. I have had three different kids at this school with different levels of needs over a seven year period. I have one child who is advanced and I believe that she is continually challenged, but without the overwhelming pressure. My second child is average in her academic progression but needed a little bit of extra help in reading. She was quickly evaluated a such and was given the extra resources to catch up to her classmates. My last child was a foster child that was three grades behind in reading and math when she started at Kutz. The school developed a customized plan for her with input from the principal, her teacher, reading specialists, the school counselor and myself. Even though she was only there for five months, she progressed 1.5 years in reading in that short time. She had been evaluated as having a learning disability in her previous school, but because of the progress she made at Kutz it was quickly determined, she did not have a learning disability, but just needed the right program with the right approach. When she returned to her regular school, she tested out of some of the special programs that she had been in and I give Kutz all the credit.

I am so thrilled to be at Kutz. It is a school that takes a lot of pride in itself from the teachers to admin to parents and kids and custodial staff. Also, the teachers and admin are proactive when it comes to problems and are big on communication with the parents and child. They go above and beyond! I LOVE Kutz and am sad to be gone in 2 years when my son graduates.
