My daughter does great at this school. She has homework almost every night. She does great in all her subjects and in a safe environment. The curriculum is competitive as well with other schools.

Garrettford is indeed a great place to grow. As we are about to enroll our third child in Garrettford I needed to post a few words about this gem of a school. We have had two kids complete their elementary years at Garrettford, a school that not only teaches academics, but also teaches the whole child. From Math to Science to Sharing and Caring for your fellow community members. This school excells at working individually with each student to build their strengths and work on their weaknesses. My husband and I came from a small town so in the beginning we were overwhelmed with the size of Garrettford but couldn't believe how soon we felt like part of a small community. The staff is amazing and the parents who run the events are the best out there.

Highly diverse, big school that nevertheless has a homey feel. Tons of good teachers, nice kids.

This is our last year at Garrettford as we will be relocating to another city in the summer. My oldest son spent five wonderful years here, my younger three. Most of teachers are very good - they really care about the students and the subject matter. There is a lot of parent involvement and community events. The vast diversity of this school and the school's commitment to instilling tolerance in the students really prepares the kids for real life. I highly recommend this school.
