The school appears reluctant to exercise serious control over rampaging student behavior. I even, on one occassion, saw the Principal smiling at the antics of one student, while trying to correct misbehavior. Security tends to be avoidant. One officer said, ' It doesn't matter WHAT they do in there. Just don't let them out into the hall!' Student do not show concern for grades or threats of disciplinary action.
