I was a transfer student from Sharon High School during my junior year. I had never attended another school and was extremely nervous. The students and faculty alike were very welcoming. The athletic department definitely promotes football but I do not think that is a bad thing. The curriculum has a high standard and I appreciate that. I have recently relocated to this area from Florida and am now residing in Sharpsville again so my son will be attending this school.
Unbelievably clicky. This school only cares about football. The one redeeming factor is the great staff. The teachers care deeply for the students!
One word. FOOTBALL. If you are not apart of it then good luck. All of our resources are pulled to supply the ever growing need of football. Most sports are being cut to the point where you buy your own equipment. We barely had track and field this year and the academic budget is slipping.
