Safest Neighborhood in Kendall
We've been living here for over 20 years. The community has 3 gated entrances, 2 private swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. It is close to everything right outside the neighborhood. There's Indian Hammocks Park right behind with great jogging trails, 2 children's park and many other amenities. It is 100% the quietest neighborhood in Kendall. Sleeping here is a dream, so quiet & peaceful. The neighbors are the nicest, most caring people on the planet! They don't bother you at all but if you need something they are there for you. Property values have increased substantially throughout the years. Everyone takes great care of their homes, so neighborhood looks impeccable. In my opinion, best place to live in Miami.
