I am an original owner when in 2005 the units were converted to condos. I have had two tenants over these many years who gave positive feedback about living in the Sailboat Pointe Community. Both moved for personal reasons; one purchased a home the other responding to a family matter. My experience are that the units are well built, and the grounds are kept up nicely. There is a mix of owners and renters. My two tenants reported and with my personal experience, the immediate residents in my building are quite respectful and friendly. The management company is quite busy keeping the community safe and looking attractive. Whenever I have contacted them for assistance with a matter, I have had quick and quite satisfactory response. My experience has been positive over the past 14 years
