This displays an A and Red Carpet. First day of school a handbook was given to each child. The handbook had grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors from the first page to the last. You can no longer call and ask them to tell your child to ride the bus home. They want you to come in, in person. The Principal does not believe in giving the children recess. The children have no way to exert energy and become disruptive in the class rooms. The school lunches are mediocre. P.E. classes were a disgrace last year, they were reading, given hula hoops, jump ropes and told to occupy themselves. Every so often there was a true P.E class. St. Paul brought back music and art though not once at all last year was Art actually taught or did one Art project come home. This is a new school but our children come home with text books that are 9 yrs old, torn pages, the covers falling off and spines of the books are half way missing. The principal doesn t care for sports and didn t even want the Recreational cheerleaders to practice in the gym after school hours. The school doesn t have a student body council, year book, or newspaper. These activities are what help them explore and grow.

This is an excellent school. The principal is a very caring person. The principal and teachers really care about the students. My son's teacher Mrs. Plowden really works hard with him. My kids have been in this school district for a long time and I have seen a lot of positive changes over the last few years. I am proud of the progress my child is making.
