Lago Vista High School

5- Overall let down. Few classes to choose from, inexperienced teachers and lacks creative approaches to learning. LVHS lacks energy and enthusiasm. I gave 2 stars because at least I have always felt my child was safe.

This school is not even in the same league as other schools. Students are poorly educated as they enter the rigors of College and the staff is not serving them well at all.

A great experience for our kids. There are many opportunities to join teams and programs. I feel they are very well-prepared for the upcoming college years, both socially and academically. The teachers are passionate and the character standard is high.

Overall, our experience leaves a lot to be desired. The district overall, doesn't plan ahead very well, teacher turnover is high, and leadership isn't strong yet along progressive.
