I wish other school my kids have attended had to the passion LBJ Staff have. The refuse to let outside opinions define them and the students. They fight harder to make sure students have all the tools and resources to achieve. Ms Henry, the prinicpal don't just sit a her desk but she gets out and talk to the students as if they were her own kids. I enjoy the interaction of the student to administration staff. LBJ has gotten a bad wrap. IT IS A GREAT SCHOOL AND NEED MORE GREAT SUPPORT.

The administration at LBJ LASA does not foster a strong, positive, professional culture by all educators and students. In a strong professional culture, leaders share and distribute responsibilities to provide quality, effectiveness, and coherence across all components of the instructional system (such as curriculum, instructional materials, pedagogy, and student assessment). Leaders are responsible for a professional culture in which learning opportunities are targeted to the vision and goals and differentiated appropriately to meet the needs of every student. A strong professional culture includes reflection, timely and specific feedback that improves practice, and support for continuous improvement toward vision and goals for student learning. Leaders should engage in continuous inquiry about effectiveness of curricular and instructional practices and work collaboratively to make appropriate changes that improve results.
