Lucyle Collins Middle School

This school is a very good school with very good teachers that teach students the information they need to know, but every parent should be concerned of the safety of their child at this school, because unfortunately, even though there is an SRO on campus, there are fights every one to two weeks, which include injuries, today, a fight happened, teachers are fast at separating the fight but there's a crowd cheering them on, which causes more time before teachers can help, students sometimes have to get on top of them and pull them apart, it's usually girl to girl fights at this school, but safe to be notified about these things before you enroll your child in this school.

My son really seems to like this school. His sister will be going here this year. Hope it's as good for her as it was for him.

I think the students and faculty would do better with more sleep. The interest and attention spans would probably improve & less grumpiness if hours were 8-3, or 9-4. That necessary down time for Students brains and body growth developments should be a priority.
