Overall I'm not pleased with this school. My sons will attend here until I can find better arrangements at another elementary. The staff members in the office are so comfortable they speak to you or at least they try, to talk to people a certain way. Every month this school has something going on.. science fair, math nights, fall carnivals and so forth.... all of this is great but where is the help that the failing students at this elementary NEEDS? how do the teachers find the time to prepare for the next day for their students? I feel that the parents whos children who have had successful outcome with their child attending this school is also at this school during school ours / not employed, so therefore they are able to be there and interact with staff on a daily but that is just part of the reason. I'm disappointed in the principal she is interested in appearing in a certain light to her staff vs being their for her students and parents especially when your in the right and staff may be at fault. I would not recommend this school to anyone, but at the same time everyone's experience is different. I just don't feel like some of the teachers do not care for their students as much as they should. As a parent I never want to worry if my children are in good hands when I live them. The staff shows by actions how they really feel about certain students and that Is very scary. ALL the children should be TAUGHT, NURTURED, EQUALLY amongst each other.

Such a gem of a school! I have two children at Ridglea Hills. Both are thriving and look forward to going to school. The school is smaller than many other elementary schools, which gives it a warm family feel. Teachers and principal are open and accessible and care so much about the children. Parent community is outstanding! Such a warm and welcoming environment. Couldn't ask for more!

Amazing teachers and a wonderful school. My daughter studies in the 3 grade...she was welcomed with open arms and has never complained. The principal is also very open...whom you can voice your concerns with.
