Stafford Middle School

Stafford is a wonderful school that has the most caring staff. We were lucky to move to where Stafford was being zoned and have been able to have both of our boys attend.

Stafford is over crowded and the leadership team is not up to the task. They have little control over the school and the learning conditions are not up to par with other schools in Frisco. Bullying is pervasive and the scool officials including the resource officer are in denial. The hope is when the school gets enrollment relief in 2015 conditions will improve.

It's the second year for my son at the school. Have excellent communication. I like the curriculum. Is a safety place. A+

My child will be in the 8th grade this year and absolutely loves Stafford. I'll admit it was difficult getting her adjusted in the 6th grade, but she has come t oknow and love the principal, teachers, and students in the school. Drama, band, and sports are a big part of the middle school life, and any parent starting at Stafford should find a way to plug their child into these activities. Teachers and administrators respond immediately to parent concerns. Lots of after school activities are available. Most of the kids and parents seem genuinely nice and friendly. My child is already eager for summer vacation to end.
