Sam Houston is a place that anyone willing can learn. There are many students making honor roll, and the teachers care for the students' education. Many have stayed after donating time to help ones who need a little bit of help. They are a bit strict but it is to help us, not hurt. Many have successfully graduated and more will as time goes on. College is greatly supported and many are encouraged to have the help of teachers, counselors, and the Go Center. We arent perfect, but anyone wanting to get an education can get one.

in general Sam Houston isn't as bad as everyone says it is. We have teachers that care about our education and want us to go to college. We have the "Go Center" that provides information for us to go to college. They also help us so that we can take out SAT without having to pay. We should get recognized for the good stuff not the bad!

Sam Houston is a great school. We have very dedicated teachers and the majority of the student body is on a college track. There are very few incidents. We have a safe, clean campus. Our band, debate, and athletic teams are very competitive. Sam Houston Tigers are Number One and We are the Best!

This "school" deserves its rating. I am a student here and I am somewhat ashamed of that. In this school it is almost impossible to learn. Administration concentrates more on taking kids hats and making sure students are in dress code than making sure they are doing good in class. Students are very disrespectful and rude and don't care about literally anything. I know we are teen but most students just can't tell what is right and what is wrong. I know this to be true because teacher look on in disbelief. Gang violence and pride is very big in this school, they made the mistake of not shutting this school down 5 years ago. Do not ever take your child here. You will regret it. It will be very difficult for you here if you want to learn and make good friends. It is very sad and broken here.
