Wilchester Elementary School

This is our third year at Wilchester and my children have had a wonderful experience! We moved from another school when my daughter was in first grade, and her vocabulary increased exponentially within just a few short months. Mrs. Goodman, the Principal, is doing wonderful things here for the children to foster a loving, welcoming environment. She leads with compassion and is readily available to parents. Love it here!

My child has been at Wilchester for 4 consecutive years. The school absolutely tries to be accommodating to every type of child and learning style. I've see the compassion and professionalism in every teacher and administrator I've dealt with over the years. The community is wonderful and family involvement in the school is amazingly high. On the negative side, I do know of a few instances where something should have been handled differently, but that happens and IMO it did not cause the issue. Some of the comments below are way out of line with the experience 99% of the students have at this school. My family has had nothing but a positive experience with Wilchester. Keep up the good work!

If you have a kid with learning disability, don't ever think to enroll this school! From the special education through general education, they are incompetent.

Some of the Teachers are not a good teachers to be around your kids at all.
