I am currently a student enrolled in Lindale High School. It is a very awesome school to be involved with. It gives many opportunities, and it is amazing. I would rather want to drop-out of school if I were ever to move schools. LHS has taught me a lot, and given me the intelligence I now have. Never in my life would I trade this school for anything, Lindale is unlike any other but the schools are even better than Lindale itself. The pride I have, there is no way for me to explain it. The teachers are the best, the students are awesome, and the staff itself, they are here because they want to be. I love LHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This school district does not cater to Special Ed. students!!!!! All they do is single out struggling ADHD kids, ruin their self esteem and run parents crazy causing you to pull any children with disabilities out of the school. They don't want to fool with them. It's ridiculous. The school should be sued for the way they treat kids and parents!

Amazing school district! I have 3 children going through the system...we are unmatched! I'm not sure what the desegregating comment was about...we have only 1 campus for almost all grades! We just added a second elementary campus last year, and they are mirror schools! lol It has beaten Highland Park in academic competitions, and continue to get great ratings!

I read the previous reviews of Lindale Highschool on this website, and I would like to clear some things up. One, no person has been followed home due to the lack of safety on the school's part. All of our buses go directly to a child's house and rights to the front of the schools. The children in the younger schools can't even leave the school by themselves after school hours, so following and stalking does not happen such ways. Only highschool and junior high kids could be followed, and that is only once they leave the campus-not caused by a lack of effort on the school's part. One person said Lindale has a racist attidute towards the non-white students. This simply is not true. As a student here myself, I feel that every student is treated fairly. Yes, the dresscode is a little strict, but that only improves the qaulity of the school. Students here present themselves decently and proffesionaly. I would agree that if your child has many piercy, crazy hair, or an odd style that this is not the school for you. I am running out of review space, so I am going to conclude this. Lindale is an excelent school with great teachers. We have a little something for every student here.
