Walker Creek Elementary School

Love WCE. Going to miss it when my student goes to middle school next year. Want to give a big Thank you to all the staff and office personnel on a Job well done and Let you know that all of you have made the 6years at WCE a very enjoyable time.

Traumatizing. My first day at the school I got bullied by a majority of my class and cried every day at lunch.

This school is awful. The lack of communication and leadership from the Principle and VP's is absolutely a complete fail. I believe communication is KEY. No matter any form of relationship you hold.

The administration at this school has no follow-through. Students are not disciplined when exhibit violence towards others. Teachers do their best to try and maintain order, but with an administration that is not reliable it is difficult. Instead of taking responsibility and being proactive when problems are brought to admin's attention, they throw their teachers under the bus and act like they are not aware of a problem. Most of the teachers are great, they do the best they can. But, if you notice, they are leaving in big numbers yearly. It is very difficult to get responses from interventionists and admin when requesting special evaluations for your kid. This will be year 2 with the new administration, I hope to see some changes.
