The Shackelford staff provides a safe and positive environment for all of the students. From a teacher's point of view, I have seen each of my colleagues do everything in his/her power to make each student feel loved and cared for. The teachers here at Shackelford are outstanding!

Shackelford is a great school to work at as a teacher. It is a very welcoming school. The teachers are like family to each other. I have been at Shackelford as an employee for 5 years and love it. Shackelford cares about each and every student that walks through the doors and we find ways to reach each child's learning style. As a teacher, at Shackelford, I strive to teach my students to have a good work ethic, as well as, respect and kindness to everyone around them.

Shackelford has great staff and students. It has been my home for the past 20 years as a staff member. I have seen many teachers and students come and go through these doors. We have good parent support and great kids.
