Can I give it zero stars? It seems great and is great until you have a problem. Then you’re out of luck!

Very poor. New leadership may help. I think most teachers want a better situation.

Leaders who don’t listen will eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing to say. There definitely needs to be more training for the administration on how to effectively address bullying. I’d say about 75% of my student’s teachers have been great. I thought everything was great until I had an issue that needed to be handled by an administrator. However, the administration is a mess. More training and/or some change ups are needed or it’s going to get worse.

Hayfield has great teachers and most importantly a diverse student body- which is the reason I love it so much.
