The worst school I could possibly go to. The rules are so dumb and some students are just really rude. There’s so much unnecessary things going on in this place I hope I won’t come here again next year. They literally need to divide the one hallway in half because they think it would help the students but clearly it doesn’t. It just makes things more worse and crowded. The teachers are so strict for this stupid rule, one teacher literally yelled at me for laying my foot on the opposite side of the hallway. So many people get suspended and one of my friends got expelled. There’s so many fights and also so many unnecessary rules. They don’t even let you wear backpacks at the end of the school year when you don’t use lockers anymore. They literally send u to the office if they see you wearing a backpack and they tell us to bring string bags instead. They also needed to do staggered dismissal because there was so much fights. I don’t recommend this school at all it gets worse everyday it feels like prison.

Holmes is a good school. The previous principal did a fantastic job! The front desk lady is not so pleasant, There are lots of great teachers that help your child succeed, however there are a handful teachers that want your child to FAIL. My son is A B student, he has all great teachers except one who teaches 7th grade LA and she just wants him to fail. She prevented him making the honor roll list by giving him one point less!

All the teachers my daughter had worked so hard. Many after school activities. The principal and all the administers try their best to keep the school good.
