Amazing place to raise a family, teachers care a lot about their students

This is one of the best school systems in the state of Wisconsin. Teacher to student ratio is low. Teachers provide a great deal of individualized attention to students in all grades. School system is still able to maintain a full foreign language, music and arts programs and has excellent access to AP education. These schools work hard to make sure that all students succeed and that no one falls through the crack. High graduation rates and high ACT scores.

The schools have many fabulous teachers and staff. Several teachers, however, are "old school", particularly after the elementary grades. There is a good amount of lecture, note-taking, and memorization of random facts versus the deep thinking, collaboration, and creativity that students need for today's world.
