We moved schools for my son, all is good in DLI but for studnets of color who are in the ELI program or students with behavioral needs they are pushed to the sides. Staff cares but the violence and behavioral problems are deeply concerning. Equity is a huge problem at this school. Restorative justice is not being implemented in an affective fashion.

As a community member I would feel very concerned if any of my grandchildren went to this school. It is incredibly violent and reacially injust

We have two children in the DLI program at Leopold, and we are very happy. The teachers and staff are very loving, caring, and professional people. We feel that our children are getting a great education experience at Leopold.

We have been very happy with our experience at Leopold so far! Our child loves going to school every day and is always talking about the things he's learning and the different activities going on. I have found his teachers to be approachable and very helpful. Any questions or concerns we've brought up with them have been immediately addressed. One of the things I like about Leopold is the diversity of the student body; I think it's extremely important for children to spend time with and have the opportunity to make friends with people of different races and ethnicities.
