I would rate OL a 10 for sure.

Teachers mean well but are not well trained on current best practices. Curriculum in some subjects is very dated, though it is standard for all students to do curriculum one year ahead of grade level. My child is an average student in this district. He likes to joke that he would be a star student in other districts. District needs to not cater to the very top students and offer good educational outcomes for students other than gifted and talented and top 5% as this is a public school district.
