Excellent. The principal and teachers are passionate and know all of their students.

My daughter will be entering 1st grade in the fall, she has attended Honey Creek for 2 years. Honey Creek has exceeded our expectations on all levels. The principal is the best. She knows every child and treats them like she would her own. The staff go out of their way to make sure that each child is receiving attention and is learning. This school has great activities that are open to the children and also allow for parent participation. I would recommend Honey Creek to any parent.

My son is starting his second year (K5) at Honey Creek this year. He's my oldest and I was definitely a little worried about MPS, but extremely happy to find Honey Creek. We had wanted to put our son in the Spanish Immersion School, but were waitlisted and started looking at other schools in the area. We had an excellent experience last year. The staff is great, the teachers are great, easy to deal with the office, they have a great after school "camp" (child care), and the school is very diverse with lots of involved parents. The principal is great - obviously super dedicated, loves her job, strict but compassionate. My son learned a lot last year, and he's super excited about his K5 year. This school has a great state report card, and even though I have since moved to a nearby suburb (his dad still lives in MPS) we are going to keep our son at Honey Creek, which is a conscious choice.

I am a parent of a now 1rst grader, who attended Honey Creek for K4 & K5. My child is also a type 1 diabetic so she requires some extra attention. Honey Creek has been great! The leadership and caring from the Principal is amazing. She really knows all the kids and not just by name. She leads by example and has excellent group of professionals working with her. The Teachers and staff work together as one in correcting, caring and educating the students. We have enjoyed getting to know everyone there, and our daughter is excelling in life thanks to Honey Creek. Though it is a smaller school, they get big results. It is all thanks to a good amount hard work, caring and a healthy dose of parental support and involvement. This is a great school.
