Great staff, great teachers! I've seen this school rebound in multiple ways and I'm so grateful for such a helpful staff

My kids were received wonderful opportunities for advanced learning through the support of the TAG resource teacher at Olson. They have been able to study at science cohort opportunities at UW and participate in an exciting math curriculum, clubs, and competitions. The school also promotes many family activities, such as a fun run, a carnival, performances, a costume party, and a spaghetti dinner. The teachers organize meaningful field trips and class events (like a biography fair or a history fair) that have made my kids' experience truly wonderful. Plus, there are some great kiddos there who have become great friends!

Olson school is a top notch school. The principal and staff are amazing! The principal is visible in the hallways and the staff members are hard working, positive and caring people. They are always striving to do the best for each and every child in their classroom. All staff are on the same page to create a strong community and it shows! There are several family events during the year and plenty of parent involvement opportunities. Parents volunteers are seen in classrooms on a daily basis. I am very pleased with Olson and highly recommend it to others.

We have been at Olson Elementary since it opened and have found the school to be wonderful. The teachers and principal are very supportive of the students. The principal is very involved in the activities of the school. You see her out and about in the hallways and at afterschool activities. The PTO is very active; they plan and organize many events for students/families as well as teacher recognition events. Parents are very involved. All students are supported in their academic achievements: students with special needs and those who are academically advaced are provided with the opportunities that will enable them to acheive and exceed. I would not hesitate in recommending Olson Elementary.
