Westchase

Westchase is host to a variety of amenities. Many acres of preserved land keep residents outdoors, exploring nature trails, ponds, parks, and playgrounds. An 18-hole public golf course, a soccer field, and sand volleyball court create opportunities for residents to socialize and stay active. In addition, Westchase has two swimming and tennis centers, both with their own unique events and offerings, as well as a community center with a gym. The individual neighborhoods within the Westchase, such as The Bridges, The Fords, and Wycliff, have their own hubs of activity that offer private amenities to residents. With retail centers throughout the community, Westchase residents don’t have to travel far for their shopping needs. A range of brand-name retail stores and restaurants are situated throughout the community, and three major shopping malls are located just outside the city limits. In addition to well-appointed amenities, residents also have plenty of schools to choose from to send their children. The Goddard Preschool, Westchase Elementary, and Davidsen Middle School are all in Westchase’s boundaries, while Deer Park Elementary and Sickles High School are just outside of the community.
