Tall grass and weeds
My experience with this association has not been good at all. My property has been neglected and they have done nothing to improve it. Every request I’ve made has been either ignored or refused. They won’t even pull the tall grass and weeds that have been there since I moved in June 3rd 2019. They say garage door is homeowners responsibility. They refused to powerwash it but did at least wash the rest of the house. They said I can purchase a new garage door if I choose. Purchase a garage door??? What a waste of time to contact them. They just do what they want and we don’t have a choice but to keep paying them $300 a month. What a poor deal I find myself in. 2 stars max
