Great location, terrible HOA

Jasmine J
Addison Reserve is situated in a very nice tucked off area behind Perry Creek. The environment is nice and the people are friendly. There are many places to walk and get in tuned with nature while still being in the comfort of your neighborhood. The sheetz is within walking distance and it’s just a quick drive to Target and triangle towne center shopping areas. The only cons come from the HOA.
