Stay away
Neighborhood has gone south very quickly. I've only but bought my house a year ago when my neighborhood was still being built. Now I would say half is a renters community. No one respects the speed limit, parking on the already narrow streets, and blasting music at all hours of the night. NOTHING is done about it either. As much as we pay for HOA, I have no idea where it goes. We have no pool or maintenance. I DO NOT recommend this area and neighborhood.
