Poor builder

Samuel T
Everybody claims that the community is nice and the club house is great, but no one lives in the clubhouse. Most the houses have bad foundations. My house is one of the poor product of Taylor Morison's work. Every time I look up on the wall, I see cracked or damaged structures. Its scary. They don't even care

The Incompetent Builder

Da S
We built our Bradshow, "dream house" in 2011 in Adora Trails. The business representatives, civil engineers, and top project admin promised us to deliver our dream house. The house cracked on the walls, ceiling, and tiles; we submitted multiple warranty papers for 5 years. They come and put glue and cheap materials every time they come. They denied that the house has foundation issues. Finally, all the people who promised us to do the right thing refused to answer our phone calls and said your warranty is expired even thought everything was day one issue. What we have is a house that seems falling apart. We feel Adora Trails is the incompetent builder we have ever faced.

The clubhouse is very nice - they offer a lot of community events. We like how the homes are designed and the location to shopping and restaurants.

Great community

Love the layout of this community and the clubhouse is really cool. Patterson is a great school and the homes are very affordable here. Also have some great views of the San Tan Mountains. Really great spot.
