What I find rewarding about being a real estate agent for 55+ communities is explaining to buyers all the different 55+ communities each town has to offer. Buyers are genuinely surprised by the variety of communities available, and it's gratifying to guide them through the diverse options, and seeing their excitement as they discover the ideal place to call home. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. Seven of those years were dedicated to serving as the Director of Marketing for a successful real estate team. My role involved immersion in every aspect of the process, from guiding clients through purchasing and selling their homes. In 2017, I joined forces with Kim, and together, we formed the KC Home Team. My real estate designations and awards speak to my commitment to excellence. I hold the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and Green Designation. Additionally, I've been a four-time winner of Five Star Professionals, received the Best Of South Shore for brokerage, and secured runner-up for the real estate team. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to spend time in and around each community. Don't dismiss an area without firsthand experience. It's essential to immerse yourself in the surroundings, ensuring that the community aligns with your preferences and lifestyle. I have lived in the area with my husband, three children, and dogs Chase and Reese my entire life. You naturally learn about each town driving the kids to their many activities, we love finding new places to walk our dogs, bike, and boat.
