Katie is a Realtor who has a demonstrated history in real estate sales in local neighborhoods and active adult communities. She has passion for connecting people with great homes to grow memories at every stage of life. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, she graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in business and sociology, as well as a love for wellness and outdoor activities. After graduating, she worked a resident director for on campus housing while pursuing her masters in counseling. She quickly realized the career that blends both housing needs with finely tuned listening and negotiation skills is Real Estate, and she has never looked back. Katie became a licensed Broker in Oregon in 2005 and then became licensed in Washington soon after, as well. After nearly 11 years of traditional real estate in the Northwest, Katie and her family relocated to the beautiful East Bay area and fell in love with the quaint charm, rolling hills and great weather. Katie represented two national builders in the Brentwood, CA area as a senior community representative and community sales manager in active adult communities for over three years. That experience allowed her to develop her expertise in resort communities and learn all about her clients living a 55 and better lifestyle to the fullest.
