Paul Fritz has spent the past 20 plus years in the real estate industry, beginning in Facilities Management, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate Development before becoming a REALTOR® in 2012. His commitment to the profession shows through accolades such as Ellis County 40-Under-40 (2018), Best of Ellis County Real Estate Agent Top 3 (2019) and earning the title of Best of Ellis County Number 1 Real Estate Agent in 2020. Paul’s passion for learning and ongoing achievement lead him to attain multiple designations, including RCS-D, CPRES, SRES, NHCP, ABR, and earn his Broker’s license in 2022. Known as a seasoned professional and natural teacher, he advocates for clients and values collaboration with fellow agents. Beyond real estate, Paul serves on the board of The Heights Ellis County Family Resources and supports performing arts scholarships at Life High School Waxahachie.
