Shauna Velarde transformed her professional customer experience, management and operational strengths into a thriving real estate career in 2016. Senior clients became a passion when she became part of the "sandwich generation"; raising children while also caring for and helping her parents navigate their aging process. She volunteers her time, money and effort in helping seniors thrive and remain active in their environment, primarily in the 55+ Providence Point community of Issaquah. Real estate is not just a job and paycheck for Shauna; she truly wants her clients to have the smoothest experience during probably their most stressful housing transition. Shauna owns and manages several investment properties, and in her free time she enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, traveling and time with her family.
