Great neighborhood
We had bought a lot in this development but were unable to build due to the increased cost of building. We loved the area and amenities it offered. Walking trails are great and are throughout the development. The clubhouse is to die for and they have many get togethers throughout the year. There are many opportunities to help out, volunteer. There are boat docks, most owned by homeowners but possibly for rent if not used. They also have some that you can use daily for free. They have a very active HOA . We still hope that we can purchase another lot and build when building prices level out.
