Applewalk Condominiums

We have lived here for over a year, and I consider us lucky to just be renting. The issues here just continue to compound. Firstly, the trash and recycling pickup. This occurs weekly, and every time there is trash thrown about the streets, trash cans are thrown on the ground in the middle of the parking lots, and I even witnessed the workers HIT MY CAR with a trash can when throwing the can carelessly. Secondly, the mailman crumples the mail when shoving it into your mailbox and will not deliver boxes that do not fit in your small mailbox to the door, instead they are also just shoved in the box even though they cannot fit through the side residents use to access their mailbox. I have had to rip and cut boxes open more than once just to get them out of my mailbox. Also, there is a resident with the homeowner's association who is consistently harassing us about having a grill outside of our home, and having our trash cans outside, although our landlord has assured us the space we use for these items is our space to do with what we please. Overall, living in this neighborhood is STRESSFUL and frustrating. If you have the option, stay out of this neighborhood.
