Very well run community with friendly residents from all over the United States. Wide tree lined streets and well cared homes.
For everything you get here at Arbor Gate it is a really good value, and the taxes aren't bad either. The homes are very affordable and the clubhouse has almost everything you could want, with the exception of a swimming pool.
