Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford

Do not purchase a house here. I regret it so much. The HOA never does anything; there’s cars parked everywhere, the trash cans are always by the road, the houses look filthy outside. Home owners with pets do not pick up after their pets. Not to mention I had so many problems with my home. The cables were hooked on correctly for me to install Internet, power outlets and NOT TO MENTION THAT WATER WAS COMING INSIDE MY HOUSE THROUGH THE SLIDING DOOR. The chandelier light was in the middle of the hallway and I had to over $500 to get it fixed. Plus so many other flaws. They came to replace it. They never re-painted the outside of my house where they had to install new sliding doors. The quality of the houses are horrible. Many years ago they made houses with Chinese dry wall and the homes were breaking apart. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.
