Horrible Neighborhood
This is not a neighborly neighborhood. Nosy neighbors. Incompetent Board of Directors. HOA fees are to expensive for this modest community. No clubhouse. Community events are rare and not all neighbors are invited. You must be part of a click. Not an inclusive community. The neighborhood is deteriorating. Worst place I ever lived.
Horrible Neighborhood
Not a nice neighborhood. Very click-ish. Nosy neighbors. Property Management Company is horrible and will threaten fines for almost anything. Board of Director members are incompetent. No clubhouse, amenities are on the lower end and HOA fees are too high (700) for this moderate Community. There also appears to be a bit of racial divisiveness in this community. IMO. Buyer be warned.
