We wanted a larger home with plenty of bedrooms for our kids and grandkids to visit. It was hard to find a community offering larger homes in our price range that also had all the really nice amenities. Avalon fit our needs perfectly and we are very happy here. The clubhouse is lovely, we use the pool at least once a week and I just love the tennis courts.
