Where to Live

Arcadia remains an in-demand neighborhood thanks to nearby Paradise Valley. The southern foothills of Camelback host properties of up to five acres, while the east and west borders are somewhat smaller and even have a few condominium options. Subdivisions are well-planned and are within relatively easy access to downtown and the surrounding valley, offering privacy and security for residents who want to be away from the bustle of the city without sacrificing big-city amenities

The Perfect Sunday

Pamper yourself at some of the most luxurious and indulgent spas in the area or get your heart moving with a yoga or spin class. The Scottsdale Fashion Square on Scottsdale Road and Camelback is a mecca for shoppers, while Biltmore Fashion Park on 24th Street has everything from retail to bargain therapy. Golfers can get in a round at the Arizona Country Club, while hikers can venture out to Camelback Mountain to take in the incredible views of the valley.

Friday Night Fun

Renowned for its wine bars, cafes, and lounges, Arcadia offers everything for an elegant night out. The Phoenix Theatre has a full program of live performance, music, and dance - or check out one of the nearby sports teams for a night game. There are also a handful galleries in the neighborhood.

What You'll See

Hikers are ubiquitous in Arcadia, often setting out for a go on one of Camelback's many hiking trails. The nearby Arizona Biltmore is a hub for tourists and guests who love to enjoy the warmth of the desert and the green, lush golf course. Arcadia is also known for its vibrant landscape, which is filled with fruit trees and meticulous lawns. Arcadia also has Hopi Elementary School within its boundaries.

Where to Eat

There are plenty of excellent places to either take the family or have a quiet, more intimate experience. Local beer, wine tastings, and pubs dot the neighborhood, as do five-star restaurants offering dishes and experiences from all over the world. Postino Arcadia is a local favorite, a refurbished post office that is now one of the region's most renowned wine bars and one of the original wine cafes in the valley.
