It was a very positive from Kinder all the way through 5th. My child loved to go to school. He was motivated! My child wasn't just a number. He had strong positive relationships with the teachers and staff.

I was very impressed with the initial meeting at the start of the school year but realize now it was just talk. Everything looks good on paper and in a speech but if it is not carried out then why bother stating it? I am hoping the Middle School will be a more productive experience for my child than what it has been at this school. I just worry that what was taught and learned has not prepared her for the next step.

Our son went through k-5th at Laguna and our daughter is in 2nd grade currently and began in pre-k. The teachers care so much. There is a real sense of community. We love that there are only 22 kids in our daughter's classroom. Our daughter is in the gifted program we love Mrs. Shamy. Every single teacher we had was hard working and kind. We love Laguna and it is really no mystery why it is a A+++ school. We have enjoyed the after-school programs like Makerspace that encourage engineering and creativity. We have also appreciated the onsite drama programs. Thank you to all the wonderful PTO volunteers that also help the school to run smoothly. Assistant Principal Krisse Kelly is amazing. She is new to the position and her leadership has been so spot on. She really listens and is a leader for the community and school.
