Bahia Lakes

I built my home in Bahia Lakes in 2010 and selected Bahia Lakes because of the great location on 41 as well as the style of the neighborhood. The people that live here are friendly and always willing to lend a hand to a neighbor. The kids all play together and parents know one another. The community offers a nice pool with playground area as well as the entire community is kept well maintained. We have a nice mixture of retired couples and families with children and the community works well with the mixture. We have lots of neighbors who participate in decorating for the holidays, we have community events fun for all and a fantastic neighborhood watch program that keeps us feeling secure. What can I say, it's the perfect spot for us with close access to I75 and just 30 minutes from Sarasota, Tampa, or St. Pete. We have a beach at Little Harbor just a mile away and another with a state park and boat ramps at EG Simmons. We just had a new Publix built that is bringing additional shops and dinning options to our little slice of heaven.
