Balmoral

Balmoral is a community in Humble, Texas, just off the North Sam Houston Parkway near downtown Houston, Texas. Newly opened in 2017, Balmoral is a massive 580-acre development made up of many different neighborhoods that will host over 1,700 homes upon completion. The designers centered the community around their sensational Crystal Lagoon amenity center, but also had greenery in mind with many homes offering lakeside views and stunning woodlands. Balmoral gives homebuyers a variety of options, notably its Texas-style homes within a serene, wooded setting. By its completion, the community will feature five of Houston's top builders with three already breaking ground on spacious home designs.
