Charming community, Not so charming HOA
I have lived here for 7 years, therefore I have seen what living in this community is like for an extended period of time. For starters, Most of your neighbors will be extremely pleasant, and cordial. There are clearly some tainted apples, however, every neighborhood has those. The pool has an astonishing view, which is absolutely breathtaking. In addition, its a fairly safe neighborhood , which has only had a few thefts. Nevertheless there are some cons to this community, which you wont discover until you have lived here for a while.
