Barkers Landing

I have lived here since 2012. In the beginning it was great. Anytime we needed anything we could call office or stop in. In the past year or so we have no access to management. You call and call and just get voicemail. We now have to pay our rent online which is good because sometimes they would take 3 or 4 weeks to cash a check. But they dont timely put up what we owe in the website they req us to use. So if we dont pay by the 5th we are late but if we dont know what we owe we are late. It's like we live in a ghost town - because we lease the land it frightens me if they ever sell or anything we would be without a home . We pay ALOT of money each year for the lot and are really not getting much in return as far as support.
