Friendly Community for a small town feel in a suburban setting. The properties are well maintained and water is supplied through HOA fees. All homes are sprinkler-ed with landscaping handled by the HOA. We are in walking distance of Walgreens, Publix, Waffel House and a wonderful full-service Italian Restaurant (https://modenaristorante.com/). There are 41 units and gently rolling hills for a nice aerobic walk around the neighborhood.
